Chris came to our home several times to draws up plans for us and to show us various options in hardwood flooring in the 2 separate rooms to see what they would look like in our home. Even when we decided to make a change in one room to a combination of hardwood flooring with inlaid tile, Creative Shore Builders came in with their best estimate and again with various tile / hardwood combinations for us to look at. Work started when promised and was also completed when promised. Chris and his team took excellent care of our home and did excellent work. Everyone on the project did. Attention to the smallest details was well beyond our expectations. Chris also pointed out some of the detailed work he and his team took care of that we would have never thought of following up on. No damage was done during demolition and all the old flooring materials were hauled away the same day they were removed. During installation, none of the existing flooring was damaged and it was great to see that at the end of each day they took the necessary time to clean up the rooms and leave them in the same state of cleanliness as when they started each day. We are totally pleased with our new flooring!! We will call Creative Shore Builders again whenever we have a remodeling project.

I have worked with Chris and his team on numerous occasions and on numerous projects and would have no hesitation recommending this team to anyone for their project. They have always come through and provided quality work that has resulted in the communities we manage being satisfied and happy to use CSB for future projects. Chris excels at communication, and this has relieved a great deal of stress for me personally when clients are looking for answers. I have never had to worry about whether a job would be completed in a timely manner because Chris shows up when he is expected and finishes when he says he will. I can rely on Chris to leave a community clean and show the community the respect it deserves. I have never gotten a complaint about this CSB team on our job site about how they conduct themselves while working. Chris is very knowledgeable in many different aspects of building and takes the time to go over what needs to be corrected, why it needs to be corrected, and what steps need to be taken to correct the problems. He finds a way to explain things that are comprehensible to people who want to understand but aren’t in the industry. Since 2022, I’ve hired Chris Brown to complete several renovations to my home in Ocean Pines, Maryland.
